On May 20, 2025, BATILUX Africa, in partnership with the National Blood Transfusion Center (CNTS), organized a blood donation campaign at the construction site of the National Oncology Center in Diamniadio. This initiative reflects the company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and its desire to support the blood supply needs of Senegal’s healthcare system.

Currently under construction, the National Oncology Center is one of the Senegalese government’s flagship healthcare projects aimed at improving cancer care and treatment. Located approximately 30 kilometers from Dakar, the facility covers three hectares and is designed to provide state-of-the-art oncology services.

The blood donation drive brought together workers, engineers, and administrative staff from the construction site, demonstrating BATILUX Africa’s commitment to solidarity and public health. Through its collaboration with CNTS, the company actively contributes to strengthening blood reserves for patients, particularly those undergoing cancer treatment.

This initiative highlights BATILUX Africa’s commitment to creating value beyond construction projects by supporting actions that positively impact communities and contribute to the well-being of the population.
